RIPE NCC General Meeting May 2013
Registration
Registration for the GM is currently open.
Voting and Resolutions
Candidate members can attend the GM but are not allowed to vote according to article 16.7 of the RIPE NCC Articles of Association. Members who cannot attend the GM can vote by means of proxy voting, as per article 16, and by electronic voting, as per article 17.
The meeting can only pass resolutions that are submitted and published according to article 15 of the RIPE NCC Articles of Association.
RIPE NCC Reports May 2013
The RIPE NCC reports for the GM will be presented in the RIPE NCC Services Working Group on Wednesday, 15 May 2013 from 16:00-17:30 (UTC +2). GM attendees that are not registered for the RIPE Meeting are welcome to participate in this working group session. The RIPE NCC reports will not be repeated in the GM.
Executive Board Elections
At the GM, elections will take place to fill the Executive Board seats being vacated by Nigel Titley and Remco van Mook. The RIPE NCC will issue a call for nominations to the RIPE NCC membership in February 2013.
