Subscribing to the Membership Discussion Mailing List

Information about subscribing to or adjusting subscriptions to member only mailing list.

This page provides information about subscribing, or adjusting subscriptions, to the RIPE NCC Membership Discussion mailing list (members-discuss _at_ ripe _dot_ net).

Only members of the RIPE NCC (LIRs) can subscribe to this mailing list.

Many LIRs use a local mail exploder or similar method for internally distributing emails from the RIPE NCC. Please make sure that emails from members-discuss _at_ ripe _dot_ net will be delivered to the LIR contacts within your company.

Change or Add Subscription Addresses

To change or add subscription e-mail addresses, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the LIR Portal with a “user” account. “Admin” accounts cannot be used to alter subscription information.

  2. Click the "General" link at the top-left of the screen

  3. Click the "Edit" button at the top of the screen

  4. Scroll down to the section "Subscribed Mailing Lists"

  5. Change the e-mail address in the box, or click the "Add" button to add another e-mail address

  6. Click "Update" to save your changes

Changes to mailing list subscriptions are processed twice daily. As soon as your change has been activated, you will receive a confirmation email.
