Do I have to pay VAT?

The following VAT rules apply for service fees:

• Non-EU members: No VAT in the Netherlands
• EU members with a VAT number: No VAT in the Netherlands (VAT is taxable in the country of origin of the member)
• EU members without a VAT number: VAT taxable in the Netherlands (19% VAT)
• Dutch members: VAT taxable in the Netherlands (19% VAT)

We validate each VAT number with the Dutch tax authorities. We charge 19% (Dutch) VAT if the number is not validated by the Dutch tax authorities.
