Am I charged for independent resources from previous years registered under my LIR?

Yes. All independent resources registered under your LIR are taken into account.

We only charge for independent resources that were assigned through your LIR up to 1 October 2012. Until 20 September 2010, you were given the option to declare via the LIR Portal which resources you held. From 2011, you are charged for those resources you use for your own infrastructure as well as for those resources assigned to your customers.
