At RENATER, she is External Relations Director and her responsibilities cover relations with users, communications, the French Internet Exchange (SFINX) and international relations.
Sabine participates in a wide range of international bodies: in addition to participating in RIPE and the .fr registry (AFNIC) international working group, she has been elected on the ASO Address Council of the Internet Cooperation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). She is active in the development of the pan-European Network dedicated to research and academic users (GEANT) and of the EUMEDCONNECT network.
She is also Member at Large of the TERENA Executive Committee.
Motivation for Nomination:
Sabine proved during her involvement on the Address Council of ICANN her ability to fully represent the RIPE community in the ICANN structure, to consult and to report to this community in an open and transparent way.
