RIPE NCC Announces Selected Member for the Address Council of the ICANN ASO

The RIPE NCC is pleased to announce the new representative selected from the RIPE NCC service region to serve on the ICANN ASO Address Council.

The selection took place at the RIPE 49 Meeting held from 20 - 24 September 2004 in Manchester, UK and follows an open Call for Nominations published on 22 June 2004.

The individual selected as the new Address Council representative for the RIPE NCC service region is: Hans Petter Holen, Visma IT AS, Norway. The term for this appointment commences on 1 January 2005 for a period of three years.
