1. What is the RIPE Database copyright statement ?
2. I have evidence that someone is using a computer with the IP address x.x.x.x  to send Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE, so-called "spam") or is otherwise acting in an irresponsible manner. Can you stop him ? (or how can I stop him?)

We cannot stop this activity. However, if you look for this IP address in the RIPE Database, you will find how to contact the person or persons who are responsible for this IP address.
