Anti-Spam Filtering Policy for the RIPE Database Mailboxes

The Customer Support mailbox is ripe-dbm@ripe.net
This mailbox can be used for questions about using the RIPE Database.

Messages not explicitly directed to ripe-dbm@ripe.net, that is, not containing this email address in "To:", "Cc:" or "Resent-To:" fields of the mail header, are considered to be spam and filtered out.

The update mailbox is auto-dbm@ripe.net
This mailbox is used to receive email updates to the RIPE Database. It is never read by a person. Automated scripts process the emails and any email that does not contain an RPSL object is discarded.
