New RIPE NCC Standard Service Agreement

At the RIPE NCC General Meeting, which took place during RIPE 48 (May 2004), we presented a draft of the new Standard Service Agreement (SSA). At this meeting, a majority agreement was reached to have each RIPE NCC member sign a new SSA.

The current version became obsolete due to:

• A change in the Clearing House procedure
• A change in the Articles of Association linked to the billing categories
• A change in the New LIR procedure

As a result we sent you a new SSA to sign.

What do I need to do?

We sent out new contracts over the course of 2004. If you have not already done so, you need to check the contracts, sign them and return one copy to us, along with a copy of your company registration papers immediately.
